Shree Bagmati Secondary School intends to purchase a 42-seat school bus (BS VI standard, 3×2 layout) via quotation/brochure method. Eligible bus manufacturers or authorized dealers must submit applications within 15 days with required documents including authorization letter, VAT registration, tax clearance, vehicle specifications, and experience certificates. Vehicle must have at least 42 seating capacity, be suitable for Nepal's terrain (up to 2500m altitude, -5 to 50°C), and company must have at least 15 service centers nationwide.
